This card is offered to any residential customer who has purchased a furnace and/or air conditioner from Greeley Furnace. There is no charge for the card and no need to do anything after the purchase. Approximately one year after the installation of your new equipment, you will receive the platinum agreement form by mail. This form will explain the program in detail, its benefits and requirements, but simply said the intent is to provide free repairs for the useful life of any furnace or air-conditioned installed and maintained annually by Greeley Furnace. You can purchase prepaid maintenance and lock in the price for up to three years or you can choose to schedule and pay as you go. As long as we maintain the equipment at the beginning of each season every year, any necessary repairs are free. That means no charge for diagnostic fees, parts or labor.
The manufacturers of the equipment strongly encourage the consumer to do annual maintenance and some will even void warranties if you can not produce maintenance records. We know that if the equipment is installed correctly and maintained professionally, it will not break down. However, if it is not maintained properly, it will fail. Unlike the equipment installed twenty years ago, there are so many controls and sensors that need cleaning and adjustment that without regular care breakdowns are inevitable. So all you need to do is the necessary annual maintenance on your new equipment and we will cover the cost of any repair needed for up to twenty years.
