ALL Service calls are C.O.D. unless pre-approved by Management.
Acceptable payment: Cash, Check or Credit Card
Service Warranty: 30 Days Labor. Parts per manufacture (Typically 1 Year parts). Total bill must be paid up front. When we receive warranty customer will be reimbursed.
Installation Warranty: 1 Year. Parts and Labor on new and retrofit installs.
Platinum Warranty: 10 Year Full Coverage Warranty on new equipment installed by Greeley Furnace and customer can verify annual maintenance performed by Greeley Furnace, customer must have signed platinum agreement.
Tenant/Landlord Situation. Owner must authorize service work, and how Service work, is to be paid for.
PURCHASE OF ESA AGREEMENT BECOMES EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY FOR DISCOUNTS, IF PAYMENT IS MADE AT TIME OF PURCHASE.
CLEAN AND CHECK INFORMATION:
RESIDENTIAL Furnace or A/C only ($110.00) includes one 1″ pleated filter. ($90.00) for each additional furnace or A\C at the same time and location.
ACCESSORIES: Clean and Check EAC (Electronic Air Cleaner) / HUMIDIFIER ADD – $15.00 ( does not include pad). Fireplace and water heater clean and check add $30.00.
