NORMAL HOURS-MONDAY THRU FRIDAY 8AM TO 5:30 PM
RESIDENTIAL: Normal Hours --- $75.00 diagnostic- plus- flat rate repair
COMMERCIAL: Normal Hours ---$85.00 diagnostic- plus- flat rate repair
AFTER HOURS: RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL $130.00 diagnostic- plus- flat rate repair. (Must have major credit card to get service)
TRAVEL: Over 15 Miles from office is $1.50 per mile from office to job site.

ALL Service calls are C.O.D. unless pre-approved by Management
Acceptable payment, Cash, Check or Credit Card
Service Warranty: 30 Days Labor. Parts per manufacture (Typically 1 Year parts)
Total bill must be paid up front. When we receive warranty customer will be reimbursed
Installation Warranty: One Year. Parts and Labor on new and retrofit installs.
Platinum Warranty: Ten year full coverage warranty on new equipment installed by Greeley Furnace and customer can verify annual maintenance performed by Greeley Furnace, customer must have signed platinum agreement
Tennant/Landlord Situation. Owner must authorize service work, and how Service work, is to be paid for.
PURCHASE OF ESA AGREEMENT BECOMES EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY FOR DISCOUNTS, IF PAYMENT IS MADE AT TIME OF PURCHASE.

RESIDENTIAL Furnace or A\C only ($108.00) includes one 1" pleated filter. ($90.00) for each additional furnace or A\C at the same time and location.
ACCESSORIES: Clean and Check EAC- HUMIDIFIER ADD--$15.00 ( does not include pad)
