Rate card here is a listing of Greeley Furnaces predetermined pricing. We offer many types of services and therefore different pricing structures. From flat rate clean and check of a furnace or air-conditioner to bid pricing equipment replacement, and consultation priced by the job. Most common of course would be the diagnostic fee if you have no heat, or no cool in the summer, this includes the trip charges within our service territory, diagnosis of what the problem is and what the repair or repairs will cost, and when they can be accomplished.
Gold card customers are entitled to 30% discount on all repairs, the total repair parts, labor and overtime charges if they apply. In addition we never charge overtime rates to our gold card customers who buy prepaid maintenance agreements. These maintenance agreements allow us to keep the equipment in the most efficient top operating condition, saving energy, extending useful life, and avoiding unnecessary service calls. Greeley furnace has 2000 gold card customers that enjoy the benefits and peace of mind that having scheduled maintenance by only leading service provider in Weld County for over fifty years can offer.
Platinum Card customers are entitled to free repairs, for up to twenty years on any of the furnaces we install, which includes high efficiency furnaces or air conditioners installed and consistently maintained by Greeley Furnace. Our best deal for our best customers that purchase equipment and then pay for the manufacturers recommended maintenance. These customers can realize a fixed out of pocket cost per year for maintenance and repairs due to the platinum card. No charge for parts, labor, overtime, trip charges or diagnostic fees, it’s all free all you pay for is maintenance.
