I have used Greeley Furnace for many years. They are the most thorough, dedicated and reliable people I’ve ever employed in my 40 years as a Greeley homeowner. Yesterday’s service on my two units, by Oscar, was a perfect example of all those traits. Thank you Greeley Furnace and thank you, Oscar, for your excellence and care on display.

Greeley Furnace is great! One of our two furnaces quit working during the recent arctic blast. A technician came out the same day we called and spent time diagnosing the problem. It turned out that a part needed to be replaced so the burners would stay on. He left to try to find the replacement part. In the meantime, Greeley Furnace sent another person out with some space heaters for us to use. Next day it was learned that parts were not available due to the age of the furnace. Greeley Furnace then sent out another technician to measure the house and do calculations for the proper size of a new furnace. The furnace was ordered late that afternoon for an early pick up the next day. The father and son installation team arrived about 10 am and worked diligently through the day to take out the old furnace and to have the new furnace installed and operating by about 5:30pm. They then stayed later to explain what they did regarding the furnace installation and to show us how to use the new programmable thermostat. Everyone we had contact with from the office staff, technicians, and installation crew were very friendly, customer oriented, and focused on getting the new furnace installed as soon as possible. The space heaters helped keep pipes from freezing along with providing some heat in that part of the house. Greeley Furnace also provided routine maintenance on the furnaces and ac several months prior to the replacement. That technician spent several hours doing a detailed service. We are very pleased with Greeley Furnace and will continue to use them. We would also not hesitate to recommend them if you are having a problem. We want to give many thanks to Greeley Furnace Co. for taking care of us the way they did.

My furnace wasn’t working, a little stressed since I didn’t have heat and wasn’t sure how expensive the repairs would be. Annie sent out a technician the same day.
